Our Story

Co-founders Holly Glasson and Sally Houston met in 2015 at Sanford's former yoga studio, Tree of Life.  When Tree of Life moved to a new location, Holly and Sally were eager to provide the Sanford community with a place to practice yoga. They opened Sanford Yoga Center in April of 2017. They believe that yoga is for everybody and every BODY. While both started practicing for the physical advantages that result from yoga, they have gained a deep appreciation for the mental benefits that come from practicing yoga as well.  Holly and Sally strive to ensure Sanford Yoga Center provides a safe, supportive, and informative space for others to begin or continue their yoga journey!
