Varsha is a full-time licensed physical therapist who began practicing yoga as a teenager. After giving birth to her first child, yoga helped Varsha bring her physical body back into shape. Yoga also helped her improve her self-confidence and find greater peace within. Professionally, integrating yoga into Physical Therapy protocols improved outcomes of many of her patients. This led her to pursue a career as a Certified Yoga Instructor.
Her personal goal as a yoga instructor is to improve the physical strength and flexibility of her students while helping them reduce mental stress.
