Certified Yoga Instructor
In 1998, Jenn took a yoga class to force herself to stretch after long training runs. One class...and she was hooked. In those early years, she focused on more intense yoga styles – Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Power. Over time, she grew to appreciate the mental side of yoga, and the benefits of going slow and being mindful. Now she practices a range of yoga styles, is always trying new poses, and loves arm balances.
Jenn approaches yoga the way she approaches life – with curiosity, a sense of adventure, and a desire to learn. She brings that to her teaching, hoping to share with her students the many physical and mental benefits of yoga - strength, flexibility, balance, equanimity - and its rewarding challenges.
