Gentle Yoga

Tuesdays, 6:00 pm

This class is suitable for all levels. Expect to feel refreshed, calm, and centered after this slower, relaxed class which takes a gentle approach to practicing yoga. In this class, we move slowly and intentionally through gentle asanas (poses) to release tension from tight muscles by focusing on gently lengthening the muscles in the body.

By utilizing passive and supported postures, gentle flowing sequences, and breath work, this class is perfect for those who are just beginning their yoga practice, those recovering from injuries, or seasoned yogis seeking a more relaxed approach to their practice.

Prenatal Yoga

Private prenatal sessions available.

Develop confidence and body awareness for the journey of birth during prenatal yoga. Physical postures, breath-work, and meditation will help you connect with your body and baby. Connect with new moms as you each continue to grow during this unique time of life. All levels of students are welcome.

Sally Houston will lead this class. She will earn her Prenatal Yoga Certification through the Prenatal Yoga Center of New York in February. She is also a registered 500-hour yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance and is currently pregnant with her first child.
